In recent years, she has worked with Seda Bağcan on the Healing Power of Mantras and has focused on Universal Ancient Wisdom teachings. She aims to guide her students toward experiencing the uplifting effects of a high-vibrational life—both on and off the mat.
Founder of Vegan Wagon, he will offer a daily immersion into the Seven Simple Things and how to incorporate the daily practices of meditation, setting intentions, mindful eating, and movement into your daily life.
