Immerse yourself in a day of transformative practices with Chef Alex, Isabelle and Stephan at Villa des Amis, at a stunning property in Bridgehampton, NY.

This six-hour workshop will include a complete explanation of daily practices, essential in the Seven Simple Things. In an inspiring and beautiful setting, you will learn the transformative power of breathwork, setting intentions, food preparation, hydration and nutritional guidelines that are both easy to follow and life-altering.

Isabelle recognizes that Breath Awareness Practice and sound healing are a transformative, body-oriented therapy that blends conscious breathing patterns with intentional movement, gentle emotional release, and the creative use of sound to support integration. A sound bath is a full-body immersion in healing frequencies designed to awaken and harmonize our inner energy. Using instruments like gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chanting, and gentle percussion, the sound vibrations elevate the body’s energetic field and guide it toward a state of balance.

Stephan discovered a path to physical and emotional well-being through both Sound Healing and Qigong. This profound experience sparked his desire to make these transformative modalities accessible to others, inviting a deeper awareness of our connection to the wholeness of being. Drawing from his own journey, he has developed an integrative and accessible approach to energy balancing and inner harmony.

Chef Alex will perform a deep dive into the Seven Simple Things with guidance on how to improve hydration and nutrition as well as incorporating the daily practice of meditation, setting intentions, and expressing gratitude. There will be an interactive, plant-based cooking demonstration followed by a delicious, wholesome luncheon to complement your journey.
